Our final service station of 2017, located at Junction 8 on the M53, Ellesemere Port was completed in early November 2017 . Scheduled for 16 weeks, we were appointed to oversee the planning and installation of all electrical aspects both internally and to the sites forecourt area. 
As part of the build, we agreed a long term contract with Low Carbon Lighting to act as a supplier for all external lighting on future sites. This, the first site to show off their work, which also extended to the Costa Coffee concession located on the same plot.  

THE OUCTCOME  Externally, 16 Low Carbon LuxonStreet+ streetlights were installed, with additional lighting added to the adjacent Costa Coffee concession. Under canopy lights were wired and installed to the 8 pump dispensers, along with a tannoy system.   The forecourt was complete with jetwash and air vacuum systems, whilst external lighting was also installed to the side and back of builing helping to illuminate pedestrian accesses and Costa Coffee Drive-Thru.  Over 2,000m of cable was pulled in to complete the external works on site.   Internally, a combination of track lighting, mood and sensor lighting, and specialist feature lighting were installed throughout. To the back of house, 2 door entry systems were installed along with 600x600 surface fittings and 6ft flourescent fittings throughout the staff and store rooms.   Our fit out was completed by the installation of emergency lighting, a fire alarm system and a CCTV supply throughout the site.
